“Incredible Stay at Shark Bait – Highly Recommend! I just wanted to share how much we loved our stay at Shark Bait! The house was absolutely perfect, so clean, fresh, and clearly well taken care of. It had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. What really stood out, though, was the communication. Quick responses and even a thoughtful check-in halfway through our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly, something that’s surprisingly rare these days. It made the experience feel……

“The good from the stay is we received a full refund from VRBO/Property Management within 3 days of our cancelling the property. Upon arrival we found the entire property very dirty, towels were in the stand up shower on the floor dirty & wet. The 2 beds were not worthy of new guests with sheets, blankets & pillows appearing as if someone had slept in beds with no preparation for new arrivals. The sponge utilized to clean the plates & utensils was very old & dirty, not to mention the plates &……

“We checked in. And they said we were all set. Then two hours later they called me and said “we have you the wrong key to the wrong house” when we walk back to the check in they tell us because of they’re mistake they took all of our stuff in the rooms and moved it to the other room, then they also found our car keys and moved our car. And they did all this without telling or asking us first. The photos on the website come from multiple different locations. And you don’t know wich location you……

“The owner was very nice, The unit was clean. The only issue we had was getting our luggage up to the 3rd floor. Very small steep steps and circular, We are all in our 70's so unless you are in good shape, it may be difficult to get up and down the stairs, One of the ladies was having trouble with her Achilles tendon and struggled,”

“A vacation home that actually had towels and cleaning items and was fully equipped, as well as being wonderfully decorated and comfortable. And the cleaning at the end was simple and quick. We will be back!”

“Location was perfect and the apt. Was very clean and was great for myself, my daughter, and her 3 kids. We did have numerous power outages which came back on immediately. Hot water was in short supply in mornings for showers. However, these few inconveniences were of little concern. Thank you for a wonderful stay in a beautiful town!”

“This was a last minute rental but the apartment was clean (the smell was a little bit overpowering when we got there, but we opened the windows and aired it out). It was a perfect size for our family of 4 and our small dog. There are AC units in the living room and main bedroom but not in the bunkbed bedroom but the temperature at night was cool so it was not an issue for us. The location was perfect - close to the beach and to the center of town. We walked everywhere and had no need to move the……
