“The AC was messed regardless of two technicians’ visit. The temperature would not go below 25C even though it was set to 20C for over 24hrs. The shower can use some deep cleaning. The edges seal are black with dirt and black mold ( always the case on all of my visits)
The pools are dirty. They all have very large decay ( tiles that came off). The grouts are disgustingly moldy. The pool’s condition was the most chocking part of my visit. There has been an improvement on the staff client service……
