This hotel is located in an old building with plenty of character, although it could use some updates. They include a convenient mini fridge in the room. I felt safe in the area, even though it was a bit farther from the train station than I expected, which actually makes it closer to the historic center and the beach. It’s also very close to Rue Masséna and all of its restaurants.

Excellent location close to city centre , restaurants, bars, transport links and a short walk to the promenade and sea front. The hotel was great value for money. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The staff were excellent, always very helpful. We have just returned from a very enjoyable break there and are booked up to go again in the near future. This is a hotel we are happy to go back to .

Location is excellent. Hotel is about equidistant from the Promenade des Anglais and the Nice-Ville train station. Hotel is older and basic but very clean. The room (#132) was a nice size with two twin beds. The front desk staff is lovely and very helpful. The only downside was that our room (#132) was on the first floor on the street side of the building, and there is A LOT of street noise during the night, especially on weekends. Ear plugs helped tremendously. I would stay again but request a room on a higher floor.

Overall amazing experience, staff were welcoming and friendly, as well as helpful, the room was very clean and spacious with plenty of storage Including a mini fridge, we stayed as a couple but could easily suit a solo traveller or even a family, location was also ideal as it’s a short 10 min walk to the train station and a small 5 min walk to the promenade, would defo recommend and visit again in the future!

The staff were very helpful and the room was spacious and clean. My only complaint would’ve been that there were two bags of fruit tea on arrival and no other choice of beverages. I would have preferred coffee but that was never offered. I didn’t want to make a fuss and bought coffee sachets in the local supermarket. Still happy with our stay. Would recommend.

I didn’t have breakfast in the hotel. The hotel was clean the bathroom was dated but it didn’t bother us. Hotel is in a good location near the train station & the centre of nice. There are nice restaurants & brunch spots in the area. Less than 10 minutes walk to the promenade would stay again.
