The location has an excellent view-each morning we woke up with Vence hills and St Paul fortress in front of our eyes-absolutely amazing. Also, the hosts were really nice and discreet. In my opinion is a great location for a group of young adults, as per its modern build, big courtyard and pool and placement next to the forest, with few neighbours around. Humidity of environment and house can be addressed as a weak point. All in one, cool location. Thank you. The humidity

Beautiful place
This location is absolutely perfect: fantastic views, attentive hosts, comfortable and well equipped rooms and very peaceful environment. To top it all, we had sunny days during our entire stay which obviously helped and our only regret is not have been brave enough to venture into the pool.

Un petit coin de paradis
Je garde un très bon souvenir de mon séjour chez Dominique et Édith. J'ai été bien reçu et la communication avec mes hôtes fut très agréable. La vue de la terrasse est incroyable, à mon avis on ne peut s'en lasser. L'appartement est pratique et design, décoré avec goût. Je vous recommande cet endroit paisible...

Phänomenaler Blick
Die Lage und der Blick sind phantastisch, die Anfahrt trotz Navi allerdings durchaus herausfordernd, zumal die Wegbeschreibung wenig aufschlussreich ist. Wenn wir nicht zufällig die Haushälterin auf dem Weg getroffen hätten, wäre die Suche vermutlich noch länger geworden. Die Vermieter waren nicht vor Ort, obwohl unsere Ankunftszeit sich nur um 25 Minuten verspätet hatte. Der Schlüssel war unter einer Matte, was nicht kommuniziert war, ohne die Haushälterin hätten wir ihn nicht gefunden. Die Begegnung war dann freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung selbst ist geschmackvoll, eher im minimalistischen Stil eingerichtet, das absolute Highlight ist der große Balkon mit dem weiten Blick und die absolute Ruhe. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würden wir die Wohnung nicht wählen, dafür ist die Küchennische zu klein, die Ablagemöglichkeiten zu gering. Für unseren Zweck hingegen (2 Nächte, ein Paar und eine erwachsene Einzelperson) war die Konstellation mit den beiden Einheiten perfekt.

Super Ausblick und ruhige Lage
Diese Unterkunft ist ideal für Paare oder Familien, die einen Urlaub in ruhiger Umgebung und toller Natur geniessen wollen. Mit dem Auto kann man in kurzer Zeit die Strände und Städte an der Cote d'Azur erreichen. Die Stadt Vence in unmittelbarer Nähe bietet Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Museen und Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Der Ausblick!
Sehr schönes Appartement, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Man benötigt auf jeden Fall ein Auto, da es etwas abseits liegt. Die Ruhe und der sehr sehr schöne Ausblick sind aber einmalig. Vence ist ebenfalls sehr sehenswert, man kann dort auch gut und abwechslungsreich essen gehen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett!

Klein aber fein mit großartiger Aussicht
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Apartment. Der Weg zum Haus war dank der Beschreibung der Besitzer gut zu finden. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und unaufdringlich. Die Möglichkeit, den Pool zu benutzen, hat so manchen Tag nach tollen Wanderungen in der Umgebung perfekt gemacht. Das Apartment selbst hat nicht sehr viele Möglichkeiten Dinge abzulegen oder aufzuhängen (z.B. im Bad/Wohnraum), aber der Schrank im Schlafraum ist geräumig. Die Kochnische ist sehr klein, aber für die Zubereitung einfacher Malzeiten reicht es. Leider gibt es weder Mückengitter vor den Fenstern noch eine Klimaanlage, so dass wir die Nächte bei geschlossenen Fenstern mit Ventilator verbringen mussten. Der Blick vom Balkon beim Frühstücken, Abendessen und so weiter ist einfach fantastisch!

Cool, minimalist apartment with great views and pool
The apartment is small but functional and stylish. A large balcony and garden extend the living area. The apartment is on the upper floor with a seperate entry, while the owners live downstairs. The house is situated uphill with great views in a quiet environment, albeit necessitates a bit of extra driving. The minimalist style looks cool.

Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig, die Wohnung prima. In der Küche könnte mehr Besteck vorhanden sein, ansonsten für einen Urlaub alles vorhanden. Der Pool ist klein aber schön, moderne Optik und passt prima, um nach einem anstrengenden Tagesausflug abzukühlen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, der Hammer ist der tolle Ausblick. This is how holidays looks like
Our family had a wonderful week in Vence. The apartment is very nicely located in a quiet location above Nice and Cagnes sur Mer and offers a fantastic view. It is very clean. The kitchen is a bit small for 4 people, but functional. The apartment has a large balcony, which you can also use to connect the second apartment. Very friendly and helpful landlords. Despite the current COVID-19-situation, we felt very safe the whole time. Thank you Edith an Dominique for your friendly hospitality!
