Our connecting flight was canceled so we notified the property immediately, 18-19 hours before our arrival. They were completely unresponsive. Despite saying nothing on their page about a “no late check-ins” policy, when we arrived we were unable to enter, buzzing the door yielded no response, nor did contacting multiple listed numbers. We found a number that got us to their property management company, but the woman there was unable to help and even tried calling the location herself. We stood out on the street for over half an hour, and had to find alternate last minute accommodations.
