You'll be able to discover Nice with everything close at hand, including a tram stop at the bottom of the building that will take you to Nice city station in just one stop. The apt was fabulous and the location was great. Close to the tram to the train station but also close to lots of restaurants, bars and shopping! We all, the 19 and 17yo included, loved this place. Lots of space and two bedrooms because we were two couples with our own washrooms. Loved the small balconies for our morning coffee. Very centrally located with a convenience store across the street and within 6 to 8 minutes walk to many great restaurants and not far from the outdoor market and the waterfront.
