"This June was our third family vacation at La Marina lake house. We spent a lot of time in the water, caught fish, took walks over to Osoyoos Lake Veteran's Memorial Park (where the boat ramp is), visited a few vintage/thrift shops in Oroville, walked across the street to get our morning beverages at Salted 1940 cafe, made several trips across the street to Akins Foods - a pretty amazing grocery store with an Organic section! This is such a delightful piece of property and house to relax and enjoy for all ages. House includes all of the necessities for cooking, laundry, boating, views of lake and mountains, plenty of seating on back deck, ample parking 3-4 cars/boats. We will be back next year and years to come we hope!"

"House is conveniently located between Tonasket and Oroville. Nice large wrap-around deck. When outside, tons of space, very secluded when out back or on deck. All necessary pots, pans, spices ect. to cook nice meal. Great BBQ on site. 3 smaller rooms with multiple beds, which all share one bathroom, and one larger master suite with its own bathroom. Overall, great experience and highly recommend it for families or other gatherings."

"Everything was clean and as described. We had a bumpy check in as HOA office was closed and our key was not taped to door. But agent was reachable and had a plan b to get us in. Lots of thoughtful provisions and plenty of towels. We would love to return!"
