Spend unforgettable holiday days in this charming studio apartment in Nin, ideal for 2 people. On 30 m² you will find a cosy living area with a sofa bed, a double bed, wardrobe and TV, combined with a fully equipped kitchenette, dining area and modern air conditioning. The private bathroom has a shower, toilet and hairdryer. From the covered balcony, you have direct access to the garden and sun terrace – a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or relax at the end of the day.



Only about 70 metres away lies the sea, and you can reach the sandy beach in a few minutes' walk. Water sports opportunities, diving schools and windsurfing offers make the stay ideal for active holidaymakers. Restaurants, cafés and supermarkets are located in the immediate vicinity, while sports facilities such as football and basketball courts provide variety. The idyllic surroundings with plenty of greenery invite you to take walks and bike rides, and the historic old town of Zadar is only 15 km away and easily accessible by bus.



The holiday home itself offers a large garden with a barbecue area, an outdoor shower and a furnished communal terrace. WiFi and parking spaces are available to guests free of charge. Upon request, the owners can organise shuttle services and excursions to nearby national parks.

Es hat uns sehr gefallen.

Unser Urlaub in Nin war sehr schön. Wir konnten sehr viel unternehmen, weil der Ort sehr viele Möglichkeiten bietet: tagsüber Wassersport und Ausflüge machen, abends schön in Restaurants gehen. Das Apartment liegt sehr nah schönen Königssandständen und dem historischen Stadtzentrum, mit ganz vielen Restaurants, Eistielen, und Geschäften. Die Familie war sehr nett und ist unseren Wünschen immer entgegen gekommen. Es gab sogar Kuchen, Weintrauben und sehr könstlichen, selbstgemachen Wein. Nur empfehlenswert!!! Toller Urlaub!!!
