Hotel sent me the message teach me how to take key and parking car before I tell them I will come late. That is thoughtful. I felt sick in next morning, that is the check out time at 10am. “The staff!!! Absolutely amazing. I had booked the wrong night on a non-refundable price, I called them, there was no problem switching it but they would have a higher room charge (consistent with best prices online). We arrived and they said they wouldn't charge the extra as they dropped the price for the night. They did not have to do that so you know they are genuine good guys. A gentleman who was working there (maybe the guy who co-owns it?) also offered to help me with our luggage back out……

“We had what was described as a balcony room with a pool view, what we actually had was a lovely room overlooking the pool and the marina. It was so relaxing. The room was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom was modern with a really good shower. Lovely helpful staff. We ate twice in the restaurant and the meals were good value.”
