“Apesar da piscina interna ser um pouco fria (se fosse uns 2º/3ºC a mais já resolveria essa questão), a jacuzzi do lado de fora tem uma temperatura fantástica e era o ponto alto do hotel! O atendimento dos funcionários era fantástico, a concierge Ingrid foi super prestativa e simpática, e a Maya do Maro Club foi um amor e super atenciosa com a nossa filha (mesma minha filha mal falando inglês, adorou ficar algumas horinhas brincando enquanto esquiávamos).”

“Das in einem Österreichischen Hotel das Personal nicht Deutsch spricht, war eine negative Überraschung. Mit Englisch gings dann einigermaßen. Auch das ich bei Tisch gleich auf Ungarisch begrüßt wurde, war etwas irritierend. Für mich kein Problem, aber irgendwo bei der Buchung, hätte ich das gerne vorab gewusst. Ansonsten war das Hotel und Essen super. Das Personal war trotz der Sprachbarriere sehr engagiert. ”

The room was clean and functional with an amazing view of the Alps from the balcony. The breakfast was good and the staff very friendly and helpful. “Wir hatten ein Kurzfamilienurlaub in Kreischberg in Oktober. Das Besuch hat uns sehr gut gefallen und haben gleich ein Wochenende in Januar für ein Skiurlaub gebucht. Leute waren sehr freundlich und die Wohnung war sauber und gemütlich. Das Hotel ist sehr kurze Laufweg von dem Skipisten. Es wird echt practisch sein bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Januar.”

The only possible issue, the apartment is on the third floor, some old people may find it hard to climb. Overall, mice trip and vacation. ”
