“Very cute casita on a pretty property with mountain views and beautiful pool area. Nice touches in room - snacks, kitchen equipment, plenty of closet space. Convenient to Tubac Resort but not on property. We did ask if we were on property and told yes, so it was confusing arriving in the dark and realizing we were across the highway. Worked out in the end”

We stayed in the Hummingbird Casita, which was cozy, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by nature — the perfect escape from the hustle of everyday life.Robin, the owner and host, was exceptional. “The property over exceeded my expectations. I had seen the pictures of the room, but when I actually seen how big the room was and that it was stocked with utensils and pans was amazing. “On the plus side, the room was comfortable. We had two queen beds so we were able to sleep with plenty of room to stretch. This motel was also close to restaurants. We walked to the steak house. On the negative side, the AC unit would cycle on about every 10 to 15 minutes then run for only 15 seconds ( I timed it). Fortunately it was not a loud AC unit. The TV was a bit on the small side and the sound was not clear, I'm sure because of the diminutive speakers. But overall, we would stay……
