“Hello. Very poor service. The reception staff was extremely unavailable. They only sent a message saying they would return at 3 pm, which never happened. The room was terribly maintained, including damage to the shower, water leaks, and mold on the walls. The kitchen equipment was very poor. My room was 316, and all the hotel's appliances and equipment were outside the window. Since there was no air conditioning, I had to choose between the noise and cooking. I do not recommend this place.”
