8/10 Very Good! (23,304 reviews)
Heater/AC has never been dusted. Vents were caked with dust. I auto-checked in but there was not directions to get into the WiFi. Had to call the front desk, room phone was broken. Used my cell, took me 15 minutes to speak with a IT person just to know which WiFi signal to use. Nothing in the room. Room is aging and very low light. Didn’t know I was booking a room in a night club. Never going back.

"Has a beautiful view of the Mekong River. That is the reason to stay here. Breakfast is ok. Property is a little outdated but clean."
