“We had a great time at this property. The place was extremely clean, the beds comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the huge primary shower. There is an elevator, which makes loading and unloading cars easy. The neighborhood amenities are terrific, the big pier on the lake to launch a paddleboard or kayak, or to start your lake swim or float. It's a great place to watch the sunsets. Also the warm and large heated outdoor pool. We were able to leave our paddle boards……

“The condominium complex is very nice. The view from the patio, relaxing in the chairs was our favorite part. The condo was pretty clean, but the bathroom has seen better days. My biggest issue with the place was the bed, it was very uncomfortable and the futon couch in the living room wasn’t comfortable and had some issues. If they updated the bed and the couch, it would be a much better place to stay.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this place!The location is great, 5 minutes drive to the beach. Walking and biking trails start right outside the HOA complex. The property was very clean and the kitchen had all the necessary supplies for cooking family meals. Would love to stay at this place again!”

“Wonderful pool, pickleball courts, cabin-like condo, great king bed, so-so other beds, exyra loft upstairs which we didn't know existed. Very family friendly condo and only 1 mile from beach! Tons of towels! Needs maybe more beach chairs, snorkel gear and umbrella to top it off! It would've also been nice what condiments to bring. Like mustard, catsup, sugar, coffee filters. It seems like just the basics were needed but then there was a whole bottle of real maple syrup and extra virgin……

“Great townhouse condo in Kings beach. 2 min drive to beach and 10 mins to Northstar. The place is large and has all the details you look for in a rental. This place was great for our family of 6. The older boys stayed in the loft and the two large bedrooms downstairs were great. Would stay again. Easy access to rhe condo from parking. ”
