The room is new but so small. They put two queen bed that you can hardly walk between the bed and window. Curtains are huge and old ! The toilet is at one side in a closet sized space with no sink ! So after doing your business you need to squeeze yourself with dirty hands to get to sink. Sheets and blankets were old and itchy , I got a rash on my face. The mattress was lumpy and had and kept moving. No view in this luxury room! I paid a lot and never going back. Staff and lobby very nice. Breakfast was okay.

Very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Would happily stay again.

I forgot something in the room and the staff had it saved for me and returned it only if I had my ID. Terrific service I’ve been to places where they would’ve said it’s gone you forgot it but 1 Hotel Toronto cares about their clientele

Cozy Winter Getaway Near the CN Tower Visiting my family here during the cold winter season was truly delightful. I didn’t have to worry about cleaning bulky winter clothing, and shopping and dining were incredibly convenient. The area around the CN Tower is especially charming on snowy days—perfect for a peaceful walk and soaking in the winter atmosphere. The only minor downside was the occasional consistent noise from the nearby train depot, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Also, Host was very kind and professional to communicate.
