The property is nice, located not far from the city centre. The staff, was ok, except for the morning staff who was quite pedantic with his responses and had an attitude. The area of the pool is outside the hotel and there’s no direct access. The floor is the pool area is in a very poor condition and needs significant maintenance (the wood floor is was pretty broken)

Great time and has a wounderful SPA and Gym.

A great view of the lake but apart from that, the hotel disappointed. The food was basic and the coffee at breakfast was terrible and totally undrinkable. The staff were not particularly friendly and the hotel felt very corporate and with an atmosphere. We were given a twin room despite booking a double and were then moved to a smaller room when we asked to change for a room with one bed.

The location is gorgeous, the service and staff super nice and the breakfast food was the best! Those medialunas, bizcochitos and fruit salad!!!!! I want more! Will never forget my balcony view. In love with this place! Thank you so much!
