All of the fabrics in the room had this overwhelming smell of old smoke and hit us as soon as we walked in. We instantly opened up the windows and had to head out when we came back. The smell was still unbearable and this is when I decided we needed to get to a safer hotel as this was going to cause medical issues for my family. I found the clerk extremely rude, and the manager extremely rude at this point in time, suggesting that the smoke smell came from outside from somebody else smoking that day, and it is clearly something that was in all of the fabric. The smell of new smoke and the smell of old steel smoking fabric are very different. This was a horrible experience for my entire family to start off our vacation and we had to move our kids last minute to a better hotel. Park right outside your door. Super friendly check in with lots of suggestions on things to do. A/C, fridge, microwave, coffee. The fan in the bedroom was nice. The shower was a bit small with not much room for soaps, shampoo/cond bottles. I would suggest putting a small lamp on the table for soft lighting to avoid turning on the blinding main light in the middle of the night. Staff was amazing. We had our camper and they put us up in a cottage type room so the camper would be right outside.
