“Very nice place and great location. ”

“The Hotel was in a convienient location. Just a few minutes to walk to to shops and restaurants. We were quite dissapointed when we found out just a few days before our stay that the hotel was under construction. The pool, hot tub and bar were not open. We had to wake up to hammers and banging in the morning. This is something that we should have been notified about up front. They had plastic hanging around the entrance to keep the cold air out of the lobby, and when we went walked out a……

“The entire facility was in good condition and the room was clean and well appointed. Nevertheless, the window curtain in our room was dangling from both ends of the curtain rod. Attention to detail? For such a charming and historical building, the light bulbs in the fixtures - in the rooms and in public areas - were a hodgepodge of various LED "color temperatures." 5000K bright white bulbs are great for a gas station, but totally wrong here where they should be 2700-3000K warm white. “I always book this hotel when I’m flying out of Burlington. The shuttle is convenient at all hours and the charge to park long term is very reasonable. The adjoining restaurant is excellent though closed on Mondays. ”

“There needs to be a sign at the back door notifying people that there is a step down to go outside. The stay was basically good--except for falling down the stairs!”
