“This home is on a VERY busy road. The continuous road noise made it VERY difficult to sleep. ”

“The house was cute and well built so was very quiet even from room to room. The location was perfect as we could walk for bagels or to the pharmacy and the grocery stores were close by and wasn’t far from the places we wanted to go. We had no issues, everything was what was promised. We would gladly like to stay here next year!”

“As a seasoned short-term renter and Host of my own place, Christy's property and overall booking experience was impressive. The space was beautifully curated and appointed, looked to be newly decorated, the beds/pillows/linens/etc. incredibly comfortable, and the extreme attention detail was greatly appreciated (i.e. coffee/household items/climate control/etc). This was the perfect nest to come back to after a day on the Lake and time with extended family. Highly recommend this stay while in……

“This was a nice location and checkin and communication were very clear and easy. I appreciated how quickly the host responded. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes very close by, and it's quiet at night despite being off of a main road. There were a few hiccups though during the stay- the water temperature seemed to fluctuate wildly especially when taking a shower. It would get really hot (burn potential) and then cold and back again. May want to turn the water heater temp down a bit so the……

“Girls had a blast at the house and hope to come back someday!”

“The location is fantastic. I parked when I got there and didn’t move the car until I left. I saw Church Street and the downtown area, walked along the lakefront and hiked up to and around the University. The neighborhood is full of students and the place reminded me of my college studio apartment. It’s nicely decorated but the floor slants and the place is small. Without the cleaning fee it’s a good value but the fee makes it a little pricey for what you get.”

“We really liked the location for our needs.”

“Location excellent, was in walking distance to church st marketplace, restaurants, coffee shops, bars etc. Appreciated having a dedicated parking spot & apartment was easy to access. Very petite but efficient room, had everything we needed and was very quiet at night.”

“The house was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive. King bed was very comfortable. Well stocked with necessities- soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc. Nice to also have parking.”
