Sheets hadn't been changed the whole time i was there. But everything else was good and clean. Didn't appreciate someone settling the smoke alarm off at 4am. good

Room was clean and well fitted out. Staff were friendly and helpful. Shower has huge temperature fluctuations from luke warm to scolding hot, without changing the position. HGI used to have one of the best breakfasts in Bristol, but the changes have made it one of the weakest. Coffee used to be brought to the table, 2 or 3 cups in a pot. Now there are queues to get average coffee from the machine. The pastries have dropped in quality and they have got rid of the waffle maker, which used to be a real selling point.
