Mini vacation
My family and I got away for a few days for a mini vacation with our two dogs. I would definitely recommend staying here as it was near all the shops and the grocery store which was in walking distance. The manager was always available and the check in was easy. I will definitely be coming back to stay here on our next trip to North Conway!

The right glass shower door had mildew on the inside of the shower, it hadn’t seen bleach in a long time. There were cigarette burns in the comforter.

Needs updating
The location was perfect, just where we needed to be for our activities. However, The unit is supposed to be smoke free but the minute you walk in the room smelled musty and like old cigarettes. The matress was horrible, lumpy and felt like the 1940’s springs were coming up. My husband after couple hours had to get up and sleep in the chair, it hurt his back. The sheets were old, had piling if you know what I mean. The tub needs mildew cleaned. Can’t recommend!!

Not quite what we expected - disappointing! Kitchen was not very well equipped for cooking meals.
Lacking in basics such as tissue, bath soap, dish soap, coffee, dish cloths, to name a few. Faucet in bath dripped constantly, coffee pot had a container that did not fit or adjust easily to unit. Bedroom was crowded with bunk beds making movement very difficult. Washer and dryer extremely noisy. No exit instructions. Disappointing for a two week stay.

Great Spot
We stayed 2 nights, it was a great location for shopping and we also got a few hikes in, was close to everything. It was really quiet as well. For the price it is clean enough, decently maintained and updated. We were only there to relax in the evening and sleep really. While we didn't cook anything this time it seemed well stocked with most items we would have needed. No, it's not fancy and high end but we were not expecting that.I We would definitely stay again.

I dont normally write reviews but I have to say my husband and I were disappointed by what we experienced here. The property looked clean at first site but wasn't. The property has noticeably not been updated in some time. The cabinets were broken, several light fixtures didn't work, the bed had a bed cover that was uncomfortable and noisy. There is not central air and the ac provided is quite noisy. Their neighbors smoked and you could smell it through the walls. I tripped on the rug in living room because it was sticking up When we decided to stay elsewhere and reached out to property owners we asked if they would call us so we could explain why (several times) but they just kept texting us back and forth for a couple of days giving us the run around. They were more concerned that we didnt release the property to be re rented. Our cost was not refundable. You get what you pay for if you are okay with what that.

Convenient location
The place was nice and clean, smelled a little musty and you could tell they allow pets in there, but we just needed a clean bed for one night that would let us bring our dog so overall it was a pleasant stay. We did not use the coffee maker or any of the amenities, so I cannot speak to those.

Elena and Alex were amazing hosts and their spot in NH was perfect for a ski weekend! Close to all the great shops and food choices and a quick drive to the mountain - would definitely recommend staying here.

This property is in a great location! It is within walking distance to the grocery store, has a cute swing set just to the side of the building. It's on the lower level with parking just outside the front door. It is across from the outlet mall and has great access to the main roads that lead to the attraction areas. The property was clean. It is small, just as pictured, but was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 3 children. The kitchen had plates, bowls, and cups, and very limited cooking utensils, so if you plan to do any cooking, you'll want to bring your favorite necessities, no dishwasher so plan to bring paper plates or hand wash the dishes. The washer and dryer in unit was very handy--bring your own detergent. The shower ran out of hot water 5 minutes into the first shower one day and stayed hot for 4 showers the next day--not sure if the hot water heater is connected to the whole building. Overall, it was a great little place to stay for a few nights. The scenery around North Conway can't be beat!

We didn't know what to expect through the pictures, but my girlfriend and I stayed there for two nights and it was perfect for a couple, I could see staying there with a handful of friends as well, but I don't know about multiple couples, had an issue with the TV and the owner called me and fixed it promptly. Very conveniently located near anything you might need, and cheaper than less quality options. A solid 5 stars in my opinion

Right combination of hiking and shopping
This is a property that is in between a shopping mall and a outlet mall. You are also near the White Mountain National Forest and Mount Washington, with skiing and hiking (we were there after the snow, can't say much about the skiing, just noted that it is near Bretton Woods of monetary fame). The trail heads were busy; hiking seems to be very popular. There were also a large number of bikers from Quebec staying at the different motels and lodges around us, giving the place an adult playground feeling. The apartment is basic yet complete, and fit for purpose. The owner was accessible for any questions we had. This is a very good alternative to a hotel, the price is very competitive, especially on weekdays. The shopping (both outlet and supermarket) is within walking distance. The 0% sales tax is a nice bonus.
