We arrived right at 4 for check in with plans to swim/ soak, grab dinner & head to our concert. However the room wasn’t ready. We weren’t into the room til after 445 which threw off the whole trajectory of our evening. And there were some questionably unclean spots in the room despite the wait. The area is gorgeous. And the narcotics sound nice. But we were not able to enjoy them this time

We paid extra for a balcony that was suppose to overlook the lake but overlooked the road and was not covered and exposed to the sun that became so hot we couldn't/didn't want to use it. The cheaper rooms had covered balconies that overlooked the lake. We felt scammed.

Very disappointed with the experience. We stayed at the resort before, but the service has been declining more and more each year. Starting from check in to pool area and adult spa area the service leaves much to be desired. Hostesses were not very welcoming and friendly, spa area had no towels, and when we asked the front desk for some we were told they ran out and would not bring us any. Overall cleanliness of common areas was unsatisfactory as well. For the prices they charge per night, the service and accommodations are unfortunately no over worth it.

This hotel is one of many that are owned by the same company. It is very convenient to everything in Meredith and all the comforts were above good. It is connected to the Marketplace shopping area and restaurants and a walk out the door is only steps away from the lake. Check-in was a bit odd since nobody was at the desk at this location and we had to drive down the street to another site to check -in and get keys and room assignments. Otherwise, the hotel was ideal.

Nice place spread out great views from our deck at bay point to bad it was bike weekend on very busy corner . as far as A resort have to say the 35 .00 a day was to much for what they offer the pools were small and they did not offer them to us when we arrived . Great locatin close to town and dinners for breakfast

Quite possibly the worst check in experience and we travel a lot. Did early registration about 2pm and was told would get a call when room was ready. After not getting a call, at 415pm stood in line behind about 20 others. Some who had not early registered were getting rooms before us. Don’t blame service desk but something better needs to be done. Finally got a room assignment because wasn’t leaving before getting it even though we were late to a concert

The hotel we stayed in is very beautiful! The Lakehouse Grille was amazing! The staff was very nice! I would highly recommend staying at this place! That being said be prepared for an extremely unusual check in process. I made the reservation at Mill Fall at the Lake but am actually staying at Church Landing. This establishment has a few different locations/buildings and you can only check in at one building. There is no good signage with instructions anywhere. There was a small sandwich board outside the front door at the Mill Falls building stating to check in at Church Landing with no address or anything. Their poor staff at check in had to deal with every person in line being irritated because the whole set up is extremely confusing and frustrating. There has got to be a better way! That being said and now we know the drill we will definitely visit again!

Having stayed here multiple times on the past. They have reduced the number of amenities in the rooms and past the cost of others to the guest as a resort fee. Other than these unexpected issues it's a great location with stunning views.

I wasn't aware that this. was a resort with 4 different buildings- some better than others. But upon check in we went to. the. chase house only to find a sign that said we had to check in at a different building. Our room as ok(queen room with a view in the Chase House)- had a nice view but it smelled like BO. We. dropped our things off, walked around a bit to try to figure out what the layout was- there is some shopping- nothing to mention and subpar restaurants. There is no grand lobby with a chill area or a lobby bar to have a beverage. We had dinner at the bakehouse and it was eh. There is potential here but it needs a major renovation and upgrade and update of the property. We will likely not stay here again.

The view from our room was stunning, the room was clean but the bathroom had some blood or killed bug near the tub. Also our bathroom door locked twice without anyone being inside and while while the staff sent someone to open it timely, it was still inconvenient.The balcony had spider webs in multiple spots including the furniture.
