In a town filled with charming inns, Cedar Crest is a reasonably priced accommodation that is clean. The room is not small. The biggest disappointment on arrival is that the rooms are surrounded by the asphalt parking lot. The grassy area in the photos is on the property, but not as prominently as in the photos. The location is convenient.

There were bugs (carpet beetles) all over our room and in the bed. They were crawling in our clothes and suitcases. We asked for another room but they didn't have any available. We ended up leaving and they gave us a refund.

Familiar with the property having stayed a couple of times before. Apparently under new management. Convenient access off major local highway and close to town. An attached restaurant is independently operated with hours not suited to guests wanting to get going early. (Sunday opening not until 10am for brunch - you-pay) Overall, not a bad place, just a bit tired. An included breakfast would make it more traveller friendly.

I booked the deluxe queen room. It was nothing like the picture online. It was very old. The bathroom has been updated and was mostly clean if you didn't look too hard. The towels were clean and nice. The bedding was clean. There was a layer of dust on everything. I got wet wipes from the car and cleaned what I could. The kid at the check in desk was completely incompetent. I asked him about breakfast. He goes ya I don't know. I think we have a brunch on Sundays. I don't usually work Sat night. I would not recommend this place ever. When I returned the key in the morning I wanted to talk to someone about the dirty room. I walked up to the desk. There was an older lady at the computer. She didn't even look up at me or say good morning. I put the key on the counter and left. Just don't go here
