Baywatch
We had no issues checking in to the resort. There were repeated episodes where one or both of the elevators were out of order. This was a safety risk for all the guests. There was a break in a water line, resulting in no water for our unit. The smoke alarm began to chirp one evening requiring a call to maintenance. The man came and changed the battery. Within 5 minutes of him leaving the.chirp returned. We called maintenance once again He had to replace the entire unit.The ice maker only produced 8 cubes per day.The coffee pot never worked, made all the sounds but never produced coffee. We bought one at Walmart. We reported this to the front desk but nothing was doneThe pool areas were nice and enjoyable. There were not enough chaise lounges for all the guests . We discovered that people would come down in the am with beach towels and place them on the chaises saving them . Some of them were never used, just saved. The tubes for the lazy river were also hoarded by guests. The guests. With children did not supervise their children always. We will plan another visit when school is in session. The resort is beautiful just had some issues this week.
