“Our stay at Oscar Hotel Executive felt like everything but executive level. To start off, the staff was not helpful, I could say two out of 10 staff members had a good attitude and were willing to help. Every time we had to report an issue - something that would happen very often -, we were met with attitude by most staff members. Our room cards would often deactivate, something that at times would require us to head downstairs twice in a row to get that fixed. The hotel AC did not work properly……

“Room was clean and full of 220v European style wall outlets, TV broken and unable to stream my own content, just Brazilian TV, shower could use some updating, looked quite dingy. AC system is very strong and can get your room to fridge levels very quick! Staff is friendly but not really speaking any English. Overall okay. Oh, and there's a little minibar with fairly priced snacks and drinks in there.”
