“Staff was very nice and polite, no exception.
The location is very handy if you want to be from walking distance to the famous Ver-O-Peso and Ver-O-Rio areas.
The breakfast was very good, a decent selection of food, that will set you up for the day ahead. ”

“Clean room, great location.
I stayed here only two weeks prior and had a great experience. In checking in this time, an unfriendly agent told me they had a new check-in policy that only accepted 3:00 p.m. check-ins when it had been noon previously. With the new policy only in place for a few days, I would expect them to honor the exception just once for an existing client. It was her particularly unfriendly attitude that added insult to injury.
