“Very disappointing experience. We found bugs in the bed shortly after arriving and immediately reported it to the manager. The manager inspected the room and personally saw the bugs moving.
We did not feel it was safe to stay, so we left and requested a full refund. Unfortunately, our refund request was denied. Finding bugs in the bed is a serious cleanliness and safety concern. We would not stay here again.”
