We were put in a building outside the resort across the street. It was very old and delapitated. one of the beds you could feel all the springs. The pool and beach were nice. Hot tub was not functioning

Old time relaxation with a few modern conveniences. Free ice, 24/7. Free bus shuttle to Provincetown beaches. Walk to private hotel beach. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Walk, shuttle or drive to Provincetown night-life and restaurants. Great, great location and ambience!! My third summer here!

The staff is great. Beach and P-town view great. Facilities can use some work. I’ve stayed there six times and been happy each of them. Classic older beach motel.

Affordable retro motel in a convenient location. The person at the front desk was very helpful in her advice on local transit being a better option than trying to find parking downtown on a holiday. The bus picks up/drops off right by the motel. It's also possible to walk to downtown, though you're on a narrow road for most of the way. We were just there for a quick night and didn't have time to take advantage of the pool, beach, etc. There were chairs all around to sit outside and relax.

Really amazing location and not bad price! It is a motel, so I didn’t expect anything too fancy, but the rooms are a bit old/run down. The bathroom only had one of the 5 light bulbs working, there was a gash in the bathroom door, the windows were old and hard to get to shut completely. Not huge issues, but just know what to expect. Otherwise the location was gorgeous, right on the beach. The staff was incredibly nice and friendly. The rooms were very clean! I would definitely stay here again.

We are staying here just for one night and it's a nice, clean motel. It could use some renovations as it is older and some very basic changes could make things better for me...nothing major tho. The main thing is it's clean and there are white sheets with no bugs 😀 I wish there were better/more soap options in the bathroom. We didn't bring any hand soap or body wash because most places provide it and we were packing light for our 2-week road trip. They only provided 2 one inch long bottles of shampoo and 1 very small bar of soap that is NOT big enough for us both to bathe with and wash our hands with etc. My only other real complaint is that they need to get some dark curtains. We want to sleep in a little tomorrow but that's not going to happen with these nearly see-through curtains 😞 . But otherwise...the a/c works well, as does the TV and wifi. Good entertainment and eating options nearby. The beach is within walking distance.
