“The breakfast buffet was the best part of the stay. We received a room with a view of air conditioning condensers and kitchen exhaust fans. The door in the bathroom had a stain from where wet towels were hung by previous guests. The facility was under renovation which is understandable, but the work stared at 7:00am. Definitely not the best for any guest trying to have a relaxing stay. I went to the front desk to check out and asked for a receipt. I was told the receipt would be emailed. Sixteen……

“This was our first time here. Just passing through to pick up a camper. This property is beautiful! Very very well maintained. Very clean and well kept. May not be modern but everything is very nice and spotless! The grounds are gorgeous with ponds, a walking trail, even a covered bridge. There is an outdoor fire pit that we didn’t get a chance to use but very nice. The breakfast was very good. Waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, cheesy has browns, cereal and all the normal stuff. Very big eating……

“The hotel and casino were both equally Amazing! Beautiful resort with fantastic restaurants and other amenities. Staff are Amazing as well. My husband and I had a wonderful time. Highly recommend! ”

“Right off the interstate in an area surrounded by restaurants, gas stations, and other stores. Numerous restaurants within a mile or less. Very quiet hotel. Staff extremely polite, check-in fast. Breakfast Buffett is usual foods, but fresh and good selection. Probably the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in. Rooms are very nice and updated. Hardwood floors. Would definitely stay again solo or with family. ”

“We had a great stay at the Farmstead Inn. The room was very clean and every day they came in to clean and give us fresh towels. The free breakfast was great. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The housekeeping left us a personal message everyday. We will be staying there every time we go to Shipshewana.”
