“House was very clean and smelled great. Nice little tucked away neighborhoodI do wish it was stated somewhere that this is a partitioned off house and you have a couple rooms. We have a 9 month old and he was up all night and probably kept the host awake as well. We would not have booked had we known, out of respect. Sorry Preston! ”

My overall rating was just "OK" because of what is perhaps a misunderstanding on my part for the use of the word "guest house", Guest houses, to me, are separate dwelling behind a main home but perhaps to others and when filtering by "whole house", what we stayed in was unexpected. “The host was excellent...very communicative and accommodating. Prices in this area seem high, particularly for the off season, but this home was one of the most affordable of those available during the timeframe I needed. Furnishings, bedding, towels, etc. are adequate but of lower quality than most vacation rentals we have stayed in. For an in-season stay where 90% of your time will be spent outdoors, this place would serve its purpose well, but a few upgrades could make it more comfortable.……
