“Overall met expectations. AC is not centralized, but 3 separate window units that the fan ran continuously even when temperature not set as low. No on-site laundry. Fridge had freezer burn rolls left inside that had odor, small amount of leaf debris. Access to cleaning supplies kind. Binder of instructions for guest expectations significant with understanding of past abuses by guests regarding pets and body fluids. I have a disabled child who is sensitive to noise and am accustomed to……

“Very cute place! And beautiful location setting. Enjoyed the quietness and being far from the maddening crowd. There was no laundry facilities and no hair dryer nor hangers for clothes. Loved to hot tub privacy!”

“Perfect location to visit Goshen and Shipshewana (abt 20mins from both town)! Plenty of room for our overnight girl's trip with 10 of us needing beds and bathrooms. Nice big table as well that we fit around for games and meals. Had great pizza delivered from Danny's in Middlebury as scheduled which worked great for our itinerary. Since it is an older farmhouse only inconvenience, if there was any, is very few outlets; just bring an extension cord if you know you will need bathroom plugs for……

“This was a lovely two bedroom home, very clean, and near the shops in Shipsewana. There was a long enough driveway for 2-3 cars. We sat in the chairs in the front of the house in the evening and watched quite a few buggies with Amish families trot by. They would wave to us which was fun. I would recommend this place to stay.”
