Room was covered in dust. Staff tried to charge my card multiple times. Staff was very rude. Key wouldn't work for the room. Chair in the room was broken. Got bit my bugs in the room. No lighting in hallways. Worst experience ever. Check back out immediately.

I know it was a suite but it would be nice if they offered breakfast.

The staff was great and the breakfasts were delicious. The rooms and hotel floors were mop and vacuumed daily.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I was extremely disappointed with the entire experience. The room was in terrible condition — dirty sheets, broken dressers, and doors that wouldn’t properly shut. And despite being advertised as a smoke-free hotel, the smell of marijuana was obvious throughout the property. What made it even worse was the lack of follow-through from the staff. I was promised a phone call and a refund, but neither ever happened. Once I checked out, it seemed like the issue was simply forgotten. I understand that things can occasionally go wrong, but the combination of cleanliness issues, broken furnishings, the strong smell of marijuana, and the complete lack of follow-up made this an unacceptable stay. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel.
