"I have stayed many times at this hotel, basically since it opened. There have been management changes and a few disappointments; however they seem to have worked out the issues. What hasn’t changed is that the bed and pillows are comfortable, the shower has a good spray, the amenities are sufficient, and the satellite tv channels are plentiful. And the staff is always pleasant and helpful. But what I found this time is the shower curtain smelled and the sofa and chairs needed to be cleaned; everything else was clean. I’ll be interested to see if they remedy this the next time I stay."

"It was close to the hospital witch is why we booked room here. It’s an older hotel but they have done renovations. Comfy beds. The only issue we had was the people above us walking/ running/ slamming stuff on the ground till 2 in the morning. We called the front staff at 1 pm but the noise didn’t stop. My husband asked the front desk in the morning and they knocked on their door and they didn’t answer. Then she called them. But obviously they didn’t care. Other than that. Stay was good. Didn’t have the chance to use pool or restaurant on site."
