Very quiet and peaceful, with 1 min walk to the river for swimming and fishing.Damian and Tracy are beautiful hosts, inviting us to help ourselves in the orchard, glasshouse, and even eggs from the free range chickens.Masterton is only a few minutes drive on a good road. We fully recommend Northfield Farm Cottage. It's so relaxing. Clean, cosy house, comfy beds. Well appointed kitchen and bathroom. Heat pump kept us warm. Good sized table for board games. Good sized TV and good wifi. Great river walk. My daughter loved the Guinea pigs.
