Not impressed with the cooked breakfast it was left out for too long I have worked in catering I was shocked by the condition of the Bacon ,Sausages and especially the baked beans they should of been replaced all the eggs was hard yolks I think the chefs need a refresher course Everything else at the hotel was fine Room very large ideal for my family and my boys loved the swimming pool also playing pool in the bar area with there Grandad would definitely stay again

Most amazing place I have ever stayed. Staff was amazing. The grounds were beautiful. The supper was delightful.

Very convenient location for good walks bus and train connections. A good blend of pub and hotel. Staff took pride in place. Food good and a bit different

Beaverbrook is beautiful. But service (despite plenty of staff) is simply too inconsistent/ poorly trained for the price. Examples include a waitress in the deli being harsh with our 4 year old for sitting in her knees to reach the table, being told to wait 2 minutes for our table but being forgotten for 20 minutes, a room which was much too hot (an resulted in an uncomfortable night) despite having asked for it to be turned down (and told that it had) and promises of things being sorted which weren’t. All left a slightly sour taste.
