"Loved the hut, enjoyed our stay. I brought a 3 course meal with me. So no need to eat out! Lovely and cosy. I would have liked a small saucepan to do porrige in morning. We managed with a big one!! I also wasnt good with lighting the gas rings. I would prefer a long lighter . And no hooks for towels when wet out of shower. In bedroom there were a few cobwebs and spiders in nooks and crannies. Whilst not scared, I felt these had been on ceiling and edges for some time. However bed very cosy....

Overall park was nice but not many facilities for young children (the play park could be much better) however the pool was great baby pool well heated! "A deceptively spacious accommodation which easily slept 9 adults. The kitchen was well stocked with the usual items and smoothly led onto the dining area and garden area. The living room and bedrooms were really tastefully decorated and again, spacious. Would I use this accommodation again? "I have stayed here several times and this was another excellent break. Also it is very important to me that the railway and supermarket are close by as I travel by train. Rye is very historical and I learned more about the town on this visit. There is so much to see. Also the Rye Harbour nature reserve is also a big highlight."

"Our stay at the Beach House was perfect……from the location to all the little extras and finer details to make it feel like home from home. We were a party of 9 celebrating a friends 50th birthday, but the house felt spacious with plenty of outdoor space & furniture for us all to enjoy the fabulous weather we had. The hot tub was an added bonus as were the views from the master bedroom. We’ll definitely be back!"

"We spent 3 nights in this lovely cottage within the country Park, the cottage is incredibly well equipped in the kitchen , the views are amazing, all the way along the coast, Pett levels, Rye, Camber sands, Dungeness and in one particularly clear night France! Karen responded to queries immediately and was an excellent host. I certainly recommend this cottage."

"The Beach Hut is in a great location - really close to the beach, and a short drive from Rye and Hastings. The Hut was in great condition - very clean and the comfortable. The resort has lots to do (we had a lot of fun playing bingo!). Great for a family holiday or short break."

First time, won’t be my last!
"I rang ahead as I knew I’d be late to arrive. The lady on the phone was very bubbly, polite and most of all; helpful! When I got to the hotel, the nights team were cleaning the reception area but rushed to assist me through the doors. The gentleman behind reception was very knowledgeable about local traffic and the best routes to take for my onward journey and even gave me a complimentary breakfast voucher as I didn’t know if I’d booked breakfast or if it was included or not. Don’t get me wrong, the decor is dated in places BUT it is clean and the beds are very comfortable!"
