“Overall it's not bad. The room is big. It seems to have been partially renovated a while ago. Except for the carpet and cabinets which are a bit old, the walls are new and the towels are very white. The room rate is about $90. I really want to give them 4.5 stars, but the parking fee is $14, which is more than the $10 a day fee next to the Denver airport, and you have to sign to pay, which gives people a bad impression. “Great place to stay, our stay turned into an extended stay after a job interview, this is a well cared for lovely place to stay and you can walk to the hot springs (literally across the street) and downtown. The best place to stay in Steamboat!”

“Negatives: Very small room, small bathroom, trains nearby came through twice overnight blewing whistle, breakfast not available until 7am with no grab-n-go option available, A/C was loud & regulating temp was a challenge (continually pulling covers on and off throughout the night), older facility updated with mediocre finishes. Positives: Price, clean, shower/tub, mini fridge w/freezer in room, ceiling fan, contactless digital room entry with code. Conclusion: We will look elsewhere next time……
