“We had a great weat”

“I recently rented this wonderful property in Guerneville, California, and my family and I couldn't have been happier with our experience! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the spacious size of the home as it comfortably accommodated us all and gave everyone plenty of room to relax. The cleanliness of the property was exceptional, making us feel right at home from the start. Everything was spotless, and the attention to detail did not go unnoticed. We were also thrilled with the……

“The listing photos were misleading. The upstairs loft where the sleeping area was has a ceiling so low that the only way to move around is to crawl. It felt very claustrophobic. If you sit up in the bed which is a mattress on the floor you will bump your head.We left after one night and found different accommodations. I sent the host a message and his response was that he was sorry the place didn't work out, but he didn't offer any kind of partial refund.”

“Very unique and charming property. Definitely felt like being in a tree house in the redwoods. We spent most of our time when there sitting on the deck. It was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do - drive to the coast, hike at the state park, and visit nearby restaurants and wineries.”

“Clean and efficient tiny home property. Smooth and seamless check-in and check-out process, easy communication with the host.”

“Beautiful home in the redwoods. The cooler weather allowed for the use of the hot tub while sitting under the towering trees. The road noise was a little loud but we got use to it quickly. Overall, it was a unique, relaxing experience.”

“Super great location (close to Russian River) and beautiful and comfy lodging. Host was responsive and pleasant”

“We had an amazing time, it was magical!!! I would definitely stay here again.”

“This cozy 2 bedroom central to Monte Rio was everything described by the host. There was only two of us for this trip yet see it as roomy enough for a family stay. It was warm, inviting. Comfortable in amenities well stocked kitchen with all you would need for any type of meal. The Master Bedroom offers a seating area for reading and a nice warm cup of coffee. Directly across from this master is the really well-done bathroom / shower. This home is short walking distance to the river, in which we……

“Lovely home. Had everything we needed and then some. The only thing street has some dips along it so be careful when driving.”

“The rental was very comfortable and pretty well appointed. Comfortable for 2 couple or a couple and 2-3 children. Seating for eating is great. We did not use the outdoor amenities except the grill as we were out and about!”

“We had a lovely time. The cabin was cozy and clean, and the hot tub was great. There were so many amenities included, they really thought of everything. Highly recommend staying here.”

“Beautiful place. Bed was extremely comfortable. Overall environment was pleasant. Coffee set up was good for me as a black coffee drinker. We would stay again and would happily recommend it to others.”
