"Very clean! Cleaning staff were so nice I helped me get new trash bags and took my trash! Very quiet! We were there a Thursday to Saturday. And never heard people outside our room really! The water park blast off bay was worth it for my 3 year old. She had a blast as did me, my husband and 10 month old! Water park is clean and well kept as well! (You do have to pay to go to the water park it’s not included in hotel room) "

"We had a great stay at the Lake house. It was fully furnished with everything we needed (and more) to have a great weekend away. We didn't realize all of the bedrooms were upstairs (maybe we overlooked) so my grandmother ended up sleeping in the recliner instead of a bed. There was also an incident that occurred during our stay with the water flow to the house. Jennifer was very responsive when i frantically called her about the sound of running water behind locked door. Thankfully we were able to resolve the issue and continue enjoying our time on the property. "
