The mouse was the final straw, we left for a motel with a quick agreement from the Host. The Host agreed a refund should be issued several times in the 1st 3 days while i paid for a motel room instead of staying there. Again, 1 week later he was sending urgent message to "Management Team" for my refund. Two weeks later, last chance for review,……
