“We asked the front desk staff to book a taxi to the ferry and he booked a private car and the price is three time higher than taxi. When I ask why it is so expensive. He replied that they charged by person. I have never booked a car which charged you by person in the world. As a world- known hotel, such a thing could never happen.”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Ramada Hotel in Nouméa. Our room was spacious and had everything our family of four needed. The kitchenette was a huge bonus, allowing us to prepare some of our own meals and keep costs down during our holiday.
The room was clean on arrival, with fresh, comfortable linen. We were aware before arriving that housekeeping is provided on request rather than automatically, and it was easy to organise whenever we needed it.
