“The best staff. Lazar, one of the waiters in the hotel restaurant was unbelievably great. Everyone was wonderful, but his customer service skills were outstanding. This is a great hotel. Can't wait to go back the next time I visit Novi Sad. Just a heads up that there is a bit of a walk to the city center. It is a beautiful walk, and there are cafes along the way that you could stop by for a coffee. There are plenty of taxis too. 20 to 25 minute walk, 5 minute taxi ride. The hotel is well worth……

“Everything was phenomenal, the food excellent, the wine list, the treatment of the staff, the room very comfortable and clean.
The only detail that I didn't like is that they don't have irons or ironing service in the hotel, it required irons my shirt and pants and they required 24 hours to do it.”
