This holiday apartment is located in a quiet residential area, just about 400 metres from the nearest gravel beach. Other beaches – including another gravel beach and a rocky beach – are easily accessible within a short distance. Numerous leisure activities are available in the surrounding area, ranging from water sports to tennis, boat trips and a nearby aqua park. Restaurants, cafés, a bakery and a supermarket are conveniently located in the neighbourhood, creating an ideal mix of tranquillity and good infrastructure.
The apartment offers space for two people on 35 m² plus two additional sleeping options. It is located on the first floor and comprises a separate bedroom, a living and dining area with kitchen, and a bathroom. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and provides a pleasant retreat. The combined living and dining area serves as the focal point of the apartment. Here, stove, refrigerator, sink, cooking utensils, and dishes are available, making self-catering easily possible. A SAT-TV and an air conditioning system ensure comfort during the warm summer months. WiFi is not available.
The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. All rooms are designed functionally and focused on the essentials, ideal for couples or small families who want to spend their holiday actively.
The apartment includes a private balcony with an awning, which is partially covered and accessible from the dining room. Here you can start or end the day in a relaxed manner. A parking space is available directly at the house.
The fully enclosed property offers a small garden area for shared use. A barbecue option is available by arrangement. The hosts speak several languages and are easily accessible for questions.
Included in the price are final cleaning, tourist tax, bed linen, as well as electricity and water. The use of air conditioning is subject to a charge.
