Single-family house "Sea Front Villa Lucija", 3 storeys, built in 2019\. 2 km from the centre of Pridraga, on the outskirts, 6 km from the centre of Novigrad, 35 km from the centre of Zadar, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach. Private: property 550 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden, swimming pool (7 x 7 m, depth 135 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 02.Oct.) with internal staircase. Patio, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, fitness room, air conditioning, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 2 km, supermarket 6 km, bus stop 17.3 km, pebble beach 50 m.  
5-room house 256 m2 on 3 levels. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (155 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. Bath/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. 2 balconies 13 m2\. Barbecue (portable), deck chairs, box-room. View of the sea. Facilities: safe, iron, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (fenced 2 cars). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed.
