"The room was not clean-clean by any standards. There were questionable stains on boxspring cover. The full length mirror was very dirty. There was also toilet paper (unused, I hope) on the bathroom floor when we checked into the room. The mints, face wipes, shampoo, and conditioner were literally thrown on the counter. It is quite run down. Checking out; it was very young people working and cleaning the rooms. The “breakfast” left a lot to be desired. The property needs a lot of work and updating. "

"The lobby is stunning, but unfortunately that’s where the positives end. Check-in was abrupt and unfriendly, our keys had no room numbers, and we received no information on WiFi, pool, or check-out. The rooms were just average, and a large barking dog at the front desk made the stay noisy. Gorgeous space, but poor service and lack of communication make this hotel hard to recommend."
