Excellent hotel, friendly staff and service. Rooms were well presented and clean. Private beach was awesome. Will recommend that they talk to the hotel next door to turn the loud music down as it took away from the relaxing beach experience.

Very nice hotel in Nusa Dua. Although beach is separated from hotel front but easily access via beach lift. Room is spacious and clean but quite old. Staffs are extremely attentive. Cave dining is highly recommended.

This is a modern property with 1st class accommodations. The property is well maintained and easy to walk even though it is located on a hillside on a cliff. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They will often call you by name. The food was very fresh and had a good selection. If you are participating in the all inclusive, note that alcohol is only included after 5pm. We found it well worth it regardless due to the Signature Activities included in the package. These activities were a highlight of the trip.. included massages, cave dinner, foam parties in the pool, cultural activities, and cooking /bartending classes. We participated in all of them. The activities staff does an excellent job. Highly recommend this resort. The only callout is the traffic and road construction which made traveling to and from the resort challenging at times given it is on the far corner of the island. This will likely resolve itself once construction is completed. Thank you team Samabe. We will be back!
