The staff were slow checking us in. It was advertised with free buffet dinner and breakfast. But was told only free breakfast. We have to pay $18 for dinner.
I showed them the picture of their ad on expedia but they still insist.
The hotel doesn't have an elevator to the 4th floor, which is quiet a challenge for the elderly.
The breakfast is ok.

The dining experience is equally impressive, with delicious cuisine, an excellent wine selection, and vibrant live music events that create a wonderful atmosphere. The spa is simply outstanding, offering the perfect place to relax and recharge.What sets Tribe apart is its combination of luxury, comfort, and genuinely attentive hospitality. I cannot recommend it highly enough and would confidently make it my first recommendation to anyone visiting Nairobi.
