“Hotel is great location to many things. It’s very clean and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable with plenty of room to spread out if staying several days. Breakfast each am is plentiful, hot and providing a large, clean seating area. The entire staff was welcoming and help. ”

“The hotel is new, clean, and the front desk staff were super polite and friendly. Unfortunately, the biggest issue for us was the noise. The walls seem very thin, and you can hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms and hallways, even small sounds. It was very difficult to sleep because of the constant noise throughout the night, especially around 4 a.m. This happened during all three nights of our stay”

“They so not carry ice. You have to ask for a hair dryer or iron and ironing board. You get a tiny bar of soap to use between the sink and shower. You provide everything you need. They provide nothing. Expensive to not get anything. ”

“This is one of our favorite hotels and it’s directly downtown Knoxville. Staff is super professional and the gym is very well equipped. Room prices are very reasonable.”

“The rooms were noisy from outside noise. Even on the 8th floor I felt I could hear everything outside. The hallway was pretty quiet. The ac was very noisy making loud pop and cracking noises followed by several propeller engine sounds. The bed for me was terrible I actually ended up sleeping at the foot of the bed 2 of 3 nights.”
