“Unreal, beautiful, was the best stay I ever encountered!!”

“酒店坐落在高处，房间内有很好的景色。房间面积理想，周围很安静。有户外阳台，坐在室内就可以观赏美丽的落日。酒店有充足停车位，早餐内容也不错。游泳池也不错，适合孩子和大孩子，但不适合成人锻炼使用。整个小镇有免费的巴士，很方便出行。唯一奇怪的是入住几天没有人来打扫房间，最终实在不能忍受，找工作人员要求才得到了非常凑合的打扫，脏床单不更换，浴室也没有清洁。这是一个很大的遗憾！”

“This was a nice place to stay for trip to the GSMNP with 2 children (age 5 and 9) The kitchenette was important for us to have for our longer trip and to reduce eating out. Room was decently clean and stocked with basic appliances and plenty of towels. Room was large and made it comfortable for our family of 4 to maneuver. Some negatives included not receiving any service in our room over the course of our 5 days, which was fine with the exception of the garbage, we managed the garbage……

“Hotel WIFI is terrible, I couldn't even watch a vedio by connecting to the WIFI. The room has very poor sound insulation. Starting from 9 am, I could hear loud noises from the cleaning staff pushing carts back and forth along the hallway. Breakfast is average level. In total not worth the price.”

“Very close to Broadway and restaurants. Room was small, but just what we needed. No ice machine or hair dryer in rooms, but overall would stay again.”

“Booked the property for a two night stay, was alerted by the property hours before check in that the room I booked had a plumbing issue. Took hours and many phone calls to reach a place that they placed us in another room but said we would have to be out of it the following morning then check into a completely separate room. Unfortunately there is a three hour window between check out time and check in. So we had to pack all of our things and wait. I work six days a week and this was meant to be……

“Room was clean and comfortable. Having the kitchenette and washer & dryer were great. The property was perfectly located close to Broadway for food & fun as well as a block from the pedestrian bridge over to the Titans stadium for our concert. There was a great breakfast place around the block as well as a diner on the corner that was open late for some food after the concert. We would definitely stay here again.”
