The location is great to enjoy Deep Creek. It is very easy to get to boating, parks, food and fun. It is situated on a cul de sac, though expect frequent cars/trucks using Glenwood Drive as a trunaround. It is a solid, cute cabin, a bit tight for family of 7 and pets. There is little privacy on property, generous stock of wood for firepit, and fun electronic games and a hot tub. The kitchen has bare bones cooking utensils, the bathrooms need to be stocked with more TP and soap. The dishes/pots were dirty and sticky. There are many levels of "clean" -this is a 3.5/5 clean. May I suggest a good, thorough wiping of everything with soap on all surfaces, floors and windows in between guests. The mattresses are cushy with soft bedding, more towels needed for people and kitchen. The kitchen and family furniture is well worn (rickety torn chairs in the kitchen). Variable temperatures from room to room--too hot in the loft and too cold in the lower bedroom people said. A great stopover for fishing, hiking parks and skiers for a few people. We had a great time, just giving honest tips for the next guests.
